Economic Missionaries
With an economy using the system, help other countries could be a priority. ‘Economic missionaries’ could provide their skills, using home and host resources to build infrastructure, e. g. water and sewer, or provide services e. g. over production of electricity. All supplies and logistic services could be supplied to the missionaries by the home country to provide a standard of living equal to their home.
